The purpose-built home is set in pleasant gardens, winning Barchester in Bloom’s internal competition in 2014 for its sensory garden. West Oak's dedicated Memory Lane Community provides a safe, homely environment for people living with dementia, which has been designed following these guidelines ensuring the care we provide supports residents’ freedom of choice.
