HR diagnostic

The HR Diagnostic Assessment provides a clear route map of improvements required for the business to achieve HR best practice. Each area assessed is built around 4 fundamental elements (in order or priority):

Strategy - one shared business vision and strategy for the achievement of objectives

Processes - creating business output from competing inputs. Managing risk through process whilst capturing management information from which performance can be measured, for the purpose of identifying business improvement and new opportunity.

Infrastructure - the means and support tools which enable processes to function and risks to be managed.

Environment - the business environment in which the organisation finds itself and the ways and means of changing this e.g. training programmes, the effectiveness of internal and external communications and the motivational incentives attached to success, risk management and encouraging the right behaviours.
